J2SE? Commercial components?

Hi,

I have just discovered Pentaho and just looks gorgeous. But I have some questions before digging a bit in it.

1) It seems its designed to be used inside a J2EE server, mainly JBoss, but could it be used directky in a Swing / J2SE application?

2) I see most components are under LGPL or LGPL like license, so no problem to use them in closed source apps, but I see some components are not and are only available under commercial license. Could you inform?

1) The system is designed as a set of Business Intelligence components. You can use these components in a Swing / J2SE application or inside a J2EE server. We provide a demo server only so that you can play with the samples.

2) All the features you see in the demo are Open Source (under Pentaho Public License - which is similar to the Mozzilla license). The components under the commercial license are mainly system integration / deployment / monitoring / performance tools.
