Extracting Values from Text Input Filename

Hello,


Believe it or not, I need to extract and parse the filename from the text input files and use that as a value for each row to insert. We receive many files, whose names are significant.



I know how we can load multiple files using regular expressions, which is very helpful. Now, how to parse each file name and make it available as a Constant (for instance)?

In the "Content" tab, check "Include filename in output" and specify the fieldname for the field that will contain the filename.
