Text File processing

My current project needs better text file processing that what Kettle provides. I'm getting multiple xml documents as one big text file. I need to parse it into multiple files. Kettle can't do that.

Please give us an idea what this is about. Can you post a text file sample.
Can you imagine how strange it "multiple XML documents as a single text file" sounds? :o
