Hi,

I am having 5 rows in my first input excel sheet, and 10 rows in my 2nd input excel sheet. In output excel sheet I have to get first 5 records from first input excel sheet and next 10 records from 2nd excel sheet.


how can i do this by using Kettle tool, please send me sample

Hi Bhasker,

I supposed that the input sheets are in the same file (if not, use 2 Excel input and make a union with a dummy step)

The input excel step will extract rows from the 2 sheets.

Now how would I go about formatting the data in spreadsheet and adding formula's

For instance lets say I want to add a total row/column
I want amount columns to be formatted as such and I want header rows to be bold.
