Training options

I am new in Pentaho. Trying to figure out how to start.

I am considering the 2 training courses available:

Building Analytic Solutions Using Pentaho (javascript:popUpTraining('http://www.pentaho.com/services/training/building_analytic_solutions_using_pentaho.php'))

and

Building Analytic Solutions (javascript:popUpTraining('http://www.pentaho.com/services/training/building_analytic_solutions_using_pentaho.php'))

I want some guidance in order to choose the best option to somebody who had never work with Pentaho before.

i can provide a syllabus for you:

Operational B.I. = Reporting class;

Building Analytical Sol'ns = ETL and Mondrian/OLAP

depending on your solution would determine which is the most appropriate
