LDAP Input

Hi,

Regarding feature request PDI-15 http://jira.pentaho.org/browse/PDI-15
I have commited an LDAP Input step in 3.0.
The step use JNDI so no need to add external lib (ie openLdap).
As LDAP have hierarchical structure and taking the fact that i am not "really" expert, this step is a first proposition,
so remarks, doubts, ideas are welcome.

Hi Samatar,

Thank you for making this new step. I installed an LDAP server on my box and
played around with it. I'm obviously far from an LDAP expert, but for me it
works now.

I did have to apply a few small i18n fixes to the code, but again, it seems to
work just fine.

Would it be possible for you to make a small example document with
screenshots, perhaps running against a sample database?

I hope to have all the steps documented on this wiki page someday.
