Hello
I am new to WEKA. I would like to know if there is a user interface similar to SPSS Clementine or Insightful Miner in order to build data mining flows. If not, is there a development about this?
Thanks a lot.
Hi there,
Yes, there is an interface similar in nature to Clementine. It's called the KnowledgeFlow. You can see a recent screenshot here:

From the "Applications" menu of the Weka environment, select "KnowledgeFlow" to launch it.
Cheers,
Mark.

I have read the KnowledgeFlow tutorial and I noticed that it is intended for someone who already knows how to use WEKA's Explorer. Which makes me wonder: Now that the KnowledgeFlow is available, is it planned to centralize the teaching of WEKA by means of the KnowledgeFlow instead of the Explorer? I mean, I would not like to learn the Explorer in order to learn later the KnowledgeFlow; I'd rather learn the KnowledgeFlow only. However, all available learning resources are centralized in the Explorer.
