Scrumming?

Hi,

just a quick nosy question, are pentaho still scrumming? We're looking at it, and wondered how well it worked...

The reason it's not clear is because it seems that no details of sprints have been added to jira recently..?

Hi Dan,

We're still doing our daily standups, but we're not actively sprinting at the moment. Our focus right now is hardening the BI Server for our 2.0 GA release in November. We'll be starting up sprints again at that point.

Sprinting has worked well for us, but there is no magic bullet!

We definately see that it's not a panacea :)

I can see it working for certain projects tho!

As Will said, we'll be starting it back up shortly as folks get freed up from heads-down 2.0 release tasks.

Ok thanks. We started creating some user stories yesterday actually, and whilst quite tough work it turned out to be very useful!
