scheduler broken on german OS

i'm using bi server 2.0.0 stable and when i want to create a new schedule in the user console a mantle alert with title "Error" but no message shows up when i click on OK

when i create a new schedule in the admin console i get following error in the server's console:
16:41:25,156 ERROR [SubscriptionAdminUIComponent] Invalid start date parameter: 21. J?nner 2009 00:00:00

bugg is using it on an english OS and it works there so i guess its a localization problem of the dateformat!?

would be nice to be able to use the scheduler....

My system: Bi 2.0 stable German OS
I've got the same problem.
It occurs when you select "Recurrence: Run Once"

It does only occur when start months are january (Jänner) and march (März)
in the console the error shows the month january (Jänner) like "J?nner" so it looks like it is an encoding problem with the german umlaut vowels (äüö)

After changed local to US, in the admin console I could set public schedule, but in the user console I got alert "Error" wiithout any message !

It seems to be the same problem on a french OS with months with particular accents (août).
