Hyperlink in Excel output format on Firefox browser

Hi all,
When I run another report by clicking on a hyperlink in an excel output format report using Firefox browser, it directs me to the browser with a screen like in the attachment.
I can run the report in excel output format using IE browser. I know that currently the Firefox browser cannot plugin excel into its browser like IE browser does. So, it only can execute the excel program in a separate window. This may be acceptable but can it works for the hyperlink as well? Thanks in advance. :)

Excel or your Firefox obviously has a problem with your authentication cookies. As the answer to this question will probably dig into Platform-configuration issues, you might find better answers in the BI-Server forum. Therefore moving ...

Thank you for your reply but I did not find any answer in this forum. Can you elaborate more on the authentication cookies? How come I have no problem with IE browser? Your help would be very appreciated. Thanks. :)
