I have those iinformations, the connection, the connection time, ...

I wanted to know if weka integrates webmining algorithm

if so, can you advise me how I can work with this algorithm, under weka.

Weka does not include any "magical" web mining algorithms ("magical" meaning "one-click-fits-all"). However, your web usage information is either structured or semi-structured data (which can easily be turned into fully structured). You can apply a lot of the algorithms weka offers. You should probably decide what kind of information you want to extract from your usage data and then look at the available algorithms and tools.
