Hi,

All graphs in Weka (with the exception of ROC curves in the KnowledgeFlow) display a single series of data. There really isn't a need for a legend in this case. For multiple ROC curves on one graph in the KnowledgeFlow a legend is displayed (mousing over the legend shows the full set of options for the classifier that generated the corresponding curve).
