Hi,
My client is in the process of shortlisting a BI platform for Reporting, Analysis and Dashboards . All their data operational data is in currently stored in Microsoft SQL Server Database and the IT team feels that the Microsoft SQL Server Business Intelligence "fit in" better for BI. Personally, I feel that Pentaho is a better value proposition. I need to convince the IT team that Pentaho is better. Since I have never had much experience Microsoft SQL server BI, I am not very sure of how these two compare. Could anyone please point me to the comparison between Microsoft SQL Server BI and Pentaho BI suite?
Thanks much!
