Hi dmoran,

We are new to Pentaho and we are evaluating it for our organisation, if found capable to do all our needs we will buy Pentaho. For now, we are evaluating on trail version.

Our main issue is:
Data Source
- Make sure that the reporting tool takes csv files as Datasource with parametrization capability (which we are having doubt on)

- So we converted csv to xml and tried it as a source but are unable to apply parameter on it. Any help in matter would help us a lot.

It would be grateful if you can reply as soon as possible.

Please, help me to find the right people for contact on Russian translation of Pentaho.
I have prepared the translation strings and the ETL-procedures to put them into .properties files. I have also tried to create the _ru.properties files with Russian text in CP1251 and in UCN (\uXXXX). The output was incorrect: I have got &#XXXX; all over the screen.

Please, could you advise whom to contact on the subject? I am rather new to this forum and know nobody for now.
