    Default BI interface roadmap?

    BI supports and/or uses a number of interfaces. I haven't found a roadmap for these, but I do have some favorites to suggest:

    * Bean Scripting Framework

    This allows assorted scripting languages to be used under Java.

    * Representational State Transfer
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/REST

    * SOAP
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SOAP

    We have a web-services example in the 1.0.0 platform demo that returns a SOAP message indicating the success or failure of the execution of an action sequence. Additionally, we support the use of web services as data sources.

    Thanks for the other suggestions. We are currently looking into the bean scripting framework and other interfaces. As we solidify our plans, these features will appear in the road map. Stay tuned!
