    Hi,

    use this forum to share documentations, tip and tricks on JFreeReport. Solutions to common and not-so-common problems or articles about technical details of JFreeReport will be collected here and may be the pool from where the new documentation evolves.

    Hi Ganesh Natesan,

    Have you take a look to the demo directory of JFreeReport? This folder give you some sourcecode exemples, so i think that is what you need.
    If you want to run these demos to what they do, you can type this command:
    java -jar jfreereport-0.8.4_8-demo.jar

    If you need more advanced exemple feel free to ask us.

    Default I need more complex examples without xml

    Hi,
    I have looked on demos, and I did not find how to generate report definition without using xml.

    I have created some simple reportdefinitions but I neeed to format page, add page header, footer ...etc, and without usin XML.

    So if someone do have a example more complex than HelloWorld please send it to me. bugaianvitalie@yahoo.com

    i think you have miss some demos because there is some full API samples.
    The following list is not complete because I haven't open all demos:
    - OpenSourceDemo2.java
    - SampleReport2.java
    - ...

    people say that its very easy to use jfreereport. as i am very new to this, pls help me where to start and how to start. i use jsp and oracle.
