Repository creation

I have a couple of questions regarding the repository creation:


1. Is it possible to create a repository using a command and not thru UI ?



2. Is there a way to restore a repository (from a file) using command line ?



3. Is there a way where in we can change the username or password of for one of the connections defined in the repository using a command ?

No. File feature requests in the trackers for this.
I guess it would not be that hard to do.
