JPivot had an error

I installed mondrian on Tomcat, and the page displays when i run localhost:8080/mondrian. But none of the examples work except 'adhoc queries'.
The links to Jpivot examples are giving me the same messages:

JPivot had an error...
javax.servlet.ServletException:
org/apache/xml/serializer/OutpuPropertiesFactory

Does somebody knows why this is happening?
I cannot debugg the problem

BTW I am using windows XP
