Moving over to Solaris

Hi

I need to move my kettle application and setup to a solaris server. My transformations are already in a repository in an oracle 10g database on the Solaris Server.

Is it as simple as copying the entire "kettle2.5" folder to a directory in Solaris ?
Where do i need to place the .kettle folder with the repository.xml file?

I got it working, by copying the .kettle directory to /export/home/username directory.

You can also set $KETTLE_HOME as the directoy under which to look for .kettle... have a look in the spoon.sh script, it's not that big.
