WAQR and Jfree template/styling
This is more a learning question than anything else. I've read that the JfreeReport uses CSS for styling, which definately appeals to someone with a web-background (and taking advantage of, say, pentaho-style.war css files).
But, when I was looking in the system/waqr/template/*.* folder, there are jfreereport-template.xml and report.xreportspec files.
Now, I am very ignorant of how this all works together, but my goal is to learn the 'quickest' way to implement styles for the website, reports(jfree, maybe BIRT), and obviously WAQR templates. Since WAQR is generally the more complicated and least familiar, starting here - what would be the best approach?

bump - is there a different thread to handle WAQR template questions?
