Issue creating linechart with Java script resultset

Hi,

I am facing issue in creating line chart using the resultset generated from the Java Script task.

I have done the following steps
1. Defined Relational task to fetch the data from mysql database.
2. Prepared a script to parse the data and generates an array output.

I have mapped this output to type resul-set.

Please suggest if it is possible to draw a line chart using the data manipulated in Java script.

Can i suggest that you check the result set output before using it in a linechart. That way yuo can make sure you data looks okay before you use it.

To do this i would set your output process to the result set. This should display your result set to the screen when the xaction is executed.

If the result set looks okay. You have the right fields and rows ect. then you should not have a problem using that data in a line chart.

I have used Pentaho to create linechart xaction with success. If you need anymore help then do not hesitate to ask!
