Perhaps we should put up a speaker invitation. 6 weeks before the event we'll decide. Something like that seems fair.
I would stick to the same concept as in Mainz: no marketing talks, no matter what. People like Julian, Thomas & myself can talk for hours on various Pentaho subjects (and the same goes for others too). We would have meaningful stuff to say too so we should never be so short of topics that we pick advertisement over it.
So yeah, we can make it a bit longer. Making a long trip for just a day worth of talks is perhaps not enough. Perhaps one and a half days spread out over 2 days with a stop early in the afternoon. Day 1 : 9:30am-3:30pm, Day 2 : 9:30am-3:30pm. After that we do "shtuff": socializing, culture, drinking, tappas, whatever.
