barcode generation issue.

Hello, hoping someone can help me. We are running BI platform 2.0. I have created a shipping label that has a barcode on it. In the reporting tool, I can preview and print the shipping label and the barcode prints everytime. HOWEVER, when I call this label thru my xaction, it creates label as a pdf in a folder on the network. When I view this pdf, there is no barcode only the human readable code underneath the barcode.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why this disappears?

Which version of the report designer are you using?
The 2.0 Server won't be able to execute reports created with PRD-CITRUS correctly
