Can I put a password on PDF reports?

I've written action sequences that run several reports and distribute them via email on a daily basis. I've been asked to distribute them as password-protected PDFs. I haven't been able to find anything on this on the forum on searching with Google. Any insight would be appreciated.

In the old version of report designer in the settings for the report under output-pageable-pdf there were two settings Owner password and user password which would seem to do what you want.

In the new version go to file->Configuration and there seems to be the same thing.
