    Default Table Input - Parameters

    Hi,

    I have to pass some default values to my query filter based on current day. I have formed that values using java script. But when I try to pass on that value to table inputs, its not fetching any values. I used question marks in the places where the values needs to be replaced and I have mapped the insert data from step to that java script step. Can you please explain me how to use this logic?

    Thanks and Regards,

    Hi

    to pur variables in table input you have to use:

    ${YOUR_VARIABLE}

    and check "substitute variable in script"

    Actually, based on the sample supplied, all that needs to be done is to select the Modified Java Script Value in the Insert Values From dropdown box.

    That sort of validation would be very welcome in future releases of PDI.
