Licensing Details

Hi,

I have downloaded Pentaho Community version 4.2.0 from sourceforge site in the below link:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/pent...e.zip/download



But I was not able to find any licensing information in the zip.

Can anyone please let me know from where I could get it? If no license required can someone confirm?

The license is shown when you start Spoon (splash screen).
