Building Pentaho 3.8

I'm trying to build Pentaho 3.8 so I can do some debugging in it (I know it's back level, but this client works slowly). However, I can't find a version of Pentaho on SVN which corresponds to the 3.8 GA package. And most of what I do find won't compile for one reason or another.

So first of all, which is the SVN version which corresponds to the 3.8 release? Once I'm sure I have the right one, I'll figure out why it won't compile.

I assume that with "Pentaho" you mean "Pentaho BI-Server" and not any of the other tools. You know, Pentaho is just the name of the company. You would not refer to your MS-Office and MS-Windows installations as "Microsoft" without qualifying it, would you?

The BI-Server SVN is at http://source.pentaho.org/svnroot/bi...tags/3.8.0-GA/

Run the ant-file in "bi-platform-build" to create the full server. build.xml creates a release build, and the dev-build.xml produces a development build.
