User Console very slow

Hi, we have the Pentaho user console running very quickly on a customers Windows server, however if we try and access the console using a URL link from another PC it seems a lot slower, both machines are in the same building so the network connection shouldn’t be a factor, does the actual processing power of the PC where we are running the link from have a bearing on the speed, I assumed it was simply displaying the results and the actual work was still being done on the Pentaho server?

yes the user console uses quite a bulky gwt framework, so can be slow on older/crappy browsers. Try the latest chrome or firefox if not already...
