Default Login dialog appearance after inactivity using PUC: How to configure timeout?

    Dear all,

When logged in to Pentaho User Console and not being active after a couple of minutes, the login dialog appears again if I want to run a new report. Is it possible to increase the timeout for this? E.g. I do not want to see the login dialog even after 3 hours of inactivity.

I have setup the session timeout in web.xml (original setting 30 minutes, now set to 180 minutes), but this does not make a difference at all.

I hope someone can help me as I haven't found the answer on these forums yet.

    Kind regards,

    Eric van der Staaij

    Default

yes, this is just the tomcat session timeout - configure it in the web.xml.
