problem starting/launching Schema Workbench

Hello,
I've downloaded psw-ce-3.4.1.1.zip on my computer (Windows 7 64-bits). I unzipped the folder and tried to launch workbench.bat. My problem is that nothing happens.
The same .zip was 'installed' on a Windows 2003 Server and there it runs.
I've searched the internet and found that P.S.W. is compatible with Windows 7.
What I'm doing wrong?

Is Java started by the schema workbench.
Try to declare a system variables JAVA_HOME with the value the directory where your java installation is places. (f.e. c:\program files (x86)\Java\Jre7
