Ran CTools Installer and .xdf files don't work anymore

Help, I'm not even sure where to begin troubleshooting. I downloaded and ran the ctools-installer.sh from GitHub on my Pentaho CE 4.1 server. Now, none of the .xcdf files seem to be rendering. I bought the tutorials from WebDetails and those don't even come up. When I double click a "dashboard" from the PUC Browser a tab opens up, but nothing renders.

On another note, if I try and run CDE, I get some of the elements, but the tool is not functional at all.

I do see this error in the pentaho.log file when I try and run one of the dashboards:

2012-06-22 01:03:11,701 ERROR [org.pentaho.cdf.CdfContentGenerator] Error creating cdf content:
java.io.IOException: No such file or directory

That's really weird. Can you try again? I know that a few days back we had some issues of incompatibility with previous pentaho versions, not sure that was affecting you

Man, I should have replied to this a lot sooner. Apologies. This ended up being a permissions error. I just needed to chown the files back to the account that Pentaho was running with.
