Hello All ,

Any one got ideas on how we can show some status updates on a system level or a cube level . For e.g when after user logs into the pentaho user console, When the User tries to open a new analyzer report , and selects a cube, for each cube can we show a message like Cube1: data available only upto 16July2012, or some other status, Todays data not available yet, or Database unavailable or some thing like that ?
we trying to seek a mechanism(other than via email) by which the User is updated about different Status that a DW can be into at any given point of time ?

Any ideas Folks, will be highly Appreciated.
