Job scheduling within spoon using kettle database repository
I am using a Postgres database repository for storing my jobs and transformations, and I want to be able to schedule those jobs without having to use an xaction.
When I select the "schedule" perspective in Spoon, it asks me to select a repository connection, and when I select my Postgres repo and click OK I get an error box titled "!Spoon.Dialog.ErrorConnectingRepository.Title!" that says "Must select an Enterprise Repository".

Does this mean that it is not possible from within Spoon to schedule jobs that are stored in a db-based repo?
I came across http://jira.pentaho.com/browse/PDI-3766 when searching for a solution to this problem.
Otherwise, how do I accomplish this type of scheduling?
I am using PDI version 4.0 and Spoon 4.3.0-GA.

have a small doubt regarding pdi, are you using community addition or enterprise edition?. why because we are using pdi 4.3.0 community addition, we don't have option to schdule our etl's assets using this edition. if you are using enterprise edition you have support from pdi team.
Thank you.
