Hi,

I would like like to put the name of the xml model file into the footer of each page. How can i do that?

Hi,

there is no automatic way, but you can put the filename into the report-properties after the report-definition has been created by the parser or by other means. To display the name you can then use a report-property function in the report-footer and everyting should be fine.

Hi,

I altered the parser, it does now put 2 new properties into the JFreeReport-Properties:

"report.definition.source" the url from where the definition is read
"report.definition.contentbase" the contentbase from where the other data (images etc) is loaded.

use a ReportPropertyFunction to read and display the contents. (The report-date is printed using a ReportPropertyFunction, you can simply copy the definition from there to make it quick) ...
