Mondrian developers,

If you didn't guess already... this message is generated by the
CruiseControl instance which Thiyagu has just set up. CruiseControl
automatically runs a full build & regression test suite when someone
checks in, and notifies if the build is broken.

This should help those of you who regularly develop on the 'hot' source
code direct from perforce, and give you extra confidence that everything
is working. And the irritating emails are an incentive to keep the build
working 100% of the time.

You can go to http://cruisecontrol.hydromatic.net/ anytime to see the
status.

Thanks Thiyagu for setting this up.

Julian

If you do two checkins is quick successions does it launch
a build for the first checkin and queue a follow-on
build for the second checkin?
If you only checkin a documentation change (MONDRIAN_HOME/doc)
is it smart enough to only do a documentation re-build?

Still, its a good idea; one gets quick feedback.

CC is configured to wait for 30 seconds before making a build, after it
sees a change in perforce. So all the changes committed during that time
will go as a single build.

"all" and "junit-main" build targets are configured to run if there are
any changes under "//mondrian/open/mondrian" directory.

Please let me know if there are any other targets I can configure to run
only on doc directory changes.

Thanks,
Thiyagu
