Without having to install the RDBMS PCI version I would like to know how security is applied to these new JPivot "View"/Xactions". Will it take the default ACL's in pentaho.xml for all to see or only set permissions on the user who created the view? I see pro's and cons to this approach. It's a nice way to share views but it could/would quickly convolute the soution lists. Will this function the same in Pro?

Without RDBMS, the only ACL permissions possible for any xaction are those defined in the pentaho.xml file. For RDBMS, I'm going to guess that the xaction is configured with no special ACLs, so it will inherit it's parent directory ACLs.
