View Full Version : Is there any Prediction Queries in weka

hi,
i am new to weka.........i was able to do some predictions using weka

i was working with microsoft SSRS dataminer...there we were able to use the predicted value by using DMX(Data Minig Extension) queries.......

but here in weka till now i havnt seen any thg like that.......is there any way in weka to get the predicted values in reports.some thing like Prediction queries........

You can obtain predictions from classifiers in Weka in a number of different ways...

1) In the Explorer's Classify panel: Click "More options..." and select "Output predictions". Optionally specify a list of additional attributes to output as well.

2) From the command line: use the -p option, and additionally the -distribution option (to get probability estimates).

3) In the KnowledgeFlow: attach a "PredictionAppender" component to your flow in order to append predictions (class labels or probability estimates) to training or testing data sets.

Also...

Using the WekaScoring plugin for Pentaho data integration (Kettle) you can append predictions to data in a Kettle transformation.
