Hello,

I would like to know if it's possible to handle date. I have a column in a physical table with date of birthday and i wish to calculate age.

Is-it possible with the tools of pme?

Thank for your answers!

Not positive on this (and I've never tried it) but here's some info:

Choose the table to which to add your new age column.
Add the column.
Give it an ID and Name.
Give it a Formula: NOW() - [TABLE.COLUMN]
Check the Is formula exact? property.

Step 4 is the big unknown. I'm uncertain as to what value will be returned from this. I would give it a try and see.

Hi mlowery!

I've tested what you've said but it's not working.

My formula is :
NOW()-[TEST_DATE.DATE_TEST].

TEST_DATE is my table and DATE_TEST Is a colunm.

Even if i make some test like for exmple to put only NOW(), it's doesn't work. I don't have the date of today in my report.
