Dear All:

I am new to Weka, and would like to know how to increase the java heap size.

I have tried a lot of suggestion in the forum and from other online resources but no luck. also, some WEKA wiki links are no longer valid.

Please kindly let me know how to do it step by step.
My weka version is weka 3.4.13, java version "1.6.0_07", I did not set classpath. Also, the weka.jar file is in folder C:\Program Files\Weka-3-4

A quick reply will be much appreciated.
Thank you very much

i don't know what OS you are using but there is a java option to increase the heap space
in the call "java ..... -Xmx1024M weka.jar" the heap space would be 1024MB

Take a look at this article from the Weka wiki on Sourceforge:

http://weka.wiki.sourceforge.net/Java+Virtual+Machine#Invocation

Cheers,
Mark.
