Pentaho PDI dialog (code generation?)

Aaaaa, that is a long story. Originally (and few people know this) I
indeed generated the code for the dialogs. I even released some code at
some point prior to releasing Kettle.
However, in the end you realize that most dialogs need to have some
peculiar feature that you just can't automatically generate code for so I
abandoned the idea.

That being said, I am indeed (very slowly) working on a tool to generate
code and i18n for XML like this:

In theory it should be possible to automatically figure out when a table
view is needed and so forth. It's not very high on the priory list though.
