I can't use Pentaho Report Designer & shema workbench

Hello! I need help. I have 2 questions.
1: Already second day I try to go to the bar "Pentaho Report Designer" and try to install shema workbench. after starting report-designer.bat I get the error 'A Java Exception has occured.' (I have the seventh version of Java) after starting workbench.bat the program does not start, even no message appears. how can I fix it?
2: I have community edition. I did some jpivot forms and that's all. what else I can do in this version?
I read a lot of information and watched a lot of videos but the answer to the questions are not found. Can you help me?

next - error appears 'a Java Exception has occerred'

This is the important part - Unsupported major.minor version 52.0. This tells you that Pentaho needs a different Java version than what you have installed. It seems you have JRE 7 which should be correct. Try installing JDK 7 (and change the PENTAHO_JAVA_HOME variable accordingly) and let us know if it helped.
