Does anyone have any info on when PW16 will be yet?

Is it always in Florida?

Not yet - my Pentaho Rep mentioned that early bird pricing deals usually start around the July-August time frame, with an official announcement of the event before the early bird pricing began.
I believe Pentaho World is usually in Florida, but they do have many other events all around the world:
