    Default Inter-row operations

I have been unable to refer to the previous row of the file without importing the file twice and removing the first row of one of the files then using stream look-up. The problem is that this is a pain and I want to be able to do this in a simpler way. Is there an inbuilt step or something else which allows me to do this without creating all this wasteful data etc?

Also is there a way to do a look-up with a string as the key?

    Thanks

Take a look at the analytics step - this allows you to lead / lag over rows. Although; if you want to do a lookup, i just realised that wont help oops..
