Default Migration from Open source to Enterprise edition

Presently I am using the opens source versions of Pentaho Data Integration and Pentaho reporting. I foresee that in the very near future we might opt for an enterprise edition of pentaho. I would like to know if i will be able to migrate all the codes which i have created in open source version to the enterprise edition. How complex is this process?
It would be great if any one can provide me the details.

Enterprise edition adds features, we do not remove them.

For PRD: There are some features, like OLAP4J support or the CDA datasources, they might not be officially part of the EE edition. However, when needed you can use the CE part of these features, as they are just a plugins that you need to add to the library directory.
