Default CCC Charts disappear when trying to print from Internet Explorer

IE 7-9 and compatibility mode as well (32 bit)
    Windows 7 64
    pentaho-cdf-dd version 12.09.05

We open the report created using CCE in a new window, go to File | Print, and the graphs disappear. We tried it on several computers, and it only works on one in all versions of IE. Works fine in FF and Chrome.

    thx

I have not. We did find that it worked on one users PC in stand alone testing, but did not work on 'any' other PCs. We also have Pentaho set up in some environments (development, test, and UIT). We are testing to see if it is feasible to integrate Pentaho with our SAAS product. The issue did not show up in test, but it does show up in all other environments. Most of our customers use IE, so this is a show stopper for using CTools unless we can find an answer.

One thing I find a little hard to believe is that there is no print component for CDE like we see in PRD. That would be most efficacious.

If it helps to know, a lot of IE-related issues were fixed in the new CCC 2. It is close to being released - no official date, though.

I had a similar issue which i had to tick 'Print background (colours & images)' in the Page Setup. Dont know if its just that or not

If everything goes as planned, it's released this monday (17/12/2012).
