Is there a RESTful API interfaces in order to use Pentaho's services? Are there docs about this question?

Hi Giuseppe, It does depends on what you need. For here http://www.lyzovani-olesnice.cz/bise...g_biserver.pdf from page 12 you can find some example to use the pentaho functionality with services.
but if you need something else, for example, adding datasource via web services, or create new user you have to write your own RESTfull apis. I did it and is not so hard.

The documentation Gaetano addressed is old because related to the old BI server platform (till BI server 4.8). The new BA server 5.0 has a totally rewritten pure RESTFUL and more reliable interface. You can find some documentation about it in the inforcenter (http://infocenter.pentaho.com)
