    Thumbs up PDI Basic tutorial

    Hello All,

I have written a very basic article on my blog about creating a transformation to transfer data from a csv to excel file.

    http://djugal.blogspot.in/2011/04/si...-to-excel.html

Check it out. Very helpful as a starting step to learn Pentaho Data Integration.

    Thanks & Regards,
    Jugal

    Jugal,

While I can see that you've gone to quite some effort to build these, you are recommending some very dangerous things in your process.
These steps have actually been documented heavily, and have been explained in the multitudes of other online guides to how to use PDI.

Instead of writing your own "How to Use PDI" guide, perhaps your effort could be better used to improve the existing WIKI?
