Default Check if file exists at certain time

    Hello All

I am trying to create a job that will get the current time and then depending on what time it is check to see if a file exists. So for example if the time is 6:00AM the job will check to see if it's past 5:55AM and if it is it will go to the next step (check if file exists) and if it does exist it will return a success. There will be multiple checks for different times and files. The only way I can think to do this is have a wait for file exists job for each time interval I need and then set it as a reoccuring task every half hour or so, but that seems messy and I feel like there's a better way to do it.

The main issue I need to solve is I want to be able to send out emails when an expected file does not exist by a certain time.

    Any suggestions?

I would have the system scheduler call a shell script and leave Kettle alone.
So long, and thanks for all the fish.
