    Hi All,

    How to write more than 65 k rows in a single excel using pdi .

    Please, acknowledge product specifications.

    Excel 2003 (XLS)
    Excel 2010 (XLSX)

    Try Microsoft Excel Writer / XLSX.

    i tried that method too but when i tried to insert around 3lakh rows am not able to do... its taking too much time and also is gets hanged .

    Wht to do for this


    I tried Excel writer step with format xlsx

    Excel seems to be the wrong tool for what you are trying to achieve.
    Usually, 300,000 rows live in a database and come out to shine in a report.
    Excel is an interactive end user tool, not a reporting solution for enterprise scale data.

    vickyvcet,

    If that is viable, one solution would be export the data with text file output and then import to excel.
