HI ,

We are using Pentaho kettle for transferring data from Oracle to MySQL.

We created tables in MySQL with only required fields .

But sometimes after migration of data , Now we want to add a column in MySQL ,
we don't want to run kettle job for the same table for all columns at this time.
Also we don't want to creating copies of job of same table.
What steps we have to follow for creating Jobs or changing jobs on production ?

We are scheduling these jobs by JOB scheduler.
So every time we have to change in Job Scheduler shell script to add the new job name of that table having new column.
How to run it on production when changes ?

Is there any good way that decrease DBA's workload to handle all this?
